Gaby founded her handwoven textiles business in 2014, just after completing her Textile Design degree. With each show she travelled to—carefully folding, packing, and unpacking her woven pieces—she carried the quiet hope of sharing work made slowly, thoughtfully, and by hand. Over the years, her collection grew into bespoke fabrics and fabric by the metre, all created with the same patient craftsmanship.
Alongside her weaving, Gaby spent time working in her family’s shop. So when the chance came to create a space of her own in the heart of Ross-on-Wye, it felt like everything was coming full circle. It became a place not only to display her work and meet the people who would welcome it into their homes, but also to gather the many independent makers she’d come to know along the way.

As a maker herself, Gaby believes deeply in the beauty of pieces shaped by real hands—objects that hold story, intention, and a sense of place. She hopes to show that the perfect things for your home are often those crafted by small studios, quiet workshops, and passionate individuals.
It was this commitment to celebrating local creativity that led her to ceramicist Karen Tacey. Their shared enthusiasm for making, for colour, for form, and for the magic of handmade craft grew into a natural partnership. In 2024, Gaby invited Karen to join her in shaping the future of the shop.
Together, they have created a space that continues to evolve—progressive, joyful, and always guided by the same spark that first drew them to making. A place where creativity can flourish, and where every piece has a story stitched, thrown, woven, or shaped into it.
