Come and create 1 piece of enamel work, this will be either a pendant or a small picture. Everything is finished ready to take home that day and no previous experience is required. All tools and meterials are provided.

Spend a day learning two crafts. Create a small woven sample, a size of a placemat, option to hem stitch finish. Print a small lino cut card. 

​

The day will be split into two, whilst half the group weaves, the other half will be lino cutting, after a lunch break, groups will swap. 

​

All materials included, no previous experience required. Option to have lunch. 

Tea/Coffee and biscuits provided.

10am to 3pm each workshop will be two hours with approx a 1 hour lunch break.

The perfect way to settle in and spend some time weaving.

The loom will be set up ready for you to start weaving with a choice of weft colours. 

During 3-4 hours you could achieve enough fabric to either have a selection of sample, placemats finished with a hem stitch, or a panel to take home and make your own cushion cover.

A relaxed way to learn to weave and a great option if you have a project in mind and want to do little and often.

You can achieve at least a cushion cover, lampshade, set of placemats or a scarf during this six week workshops. 

​

Or you can use the workshops to design and make your own warp, wind it onto the loom and weave. 

​

2 hours, day time or evening. Depending on loom availability there is an option to do with a friend or two.

The possibilities in weaving are endless so I wanted to offer an option where you can tell me what you want to get out of the workshop. 

Whether you're completely new to weaving or already have some experience, these relaxed, one-to-one workshops are tailored to you and what you'd like to achieve.

We'll work together on a table loom, exploring the techniques and processes that interest you. You might want to learn the basics, experiment with colour and texture, design your own cloth, or work towards creating a finished piece.
